today went to trainer's planning for STOMPMILK , not very productive today , cause got the dumb band going on and on , damn inconsiderate.

i dont blame them la , everyone was tired what...

anyway waiting for benjamin is so boring everyone went to jade room to chant , chant for 15 minute then do gongyo , i was like so blur with the second chapter of the script so i read silently wif my heart.

after the session , when to eat wif them , bought a big gulp , i figured it is onli diff of 30 cents , but the thing so big , make me so full , guess i not enuff wisdom la

this guy , forgot his name , wa the generation gap so big la , and so emo one...talked with him for one whole trip home , never once got something to tan de lai.... sian
